Bob from Finance ("the Service") is an embedded finance assistant for startup founders, operated by TensorOps. By using the Service you agree to the following.
The Service connects to your QuickBooks Online company and, optionally, your Slack workspace, to help track missing invoices, answer financial questions, and give you a simplified view of your numbers. It is currently in active development — features change, and you should not treat it as your sole source of financial record-keeping.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for the accuracy of any data you connect (QuickBooks, Slack) or send to Bob. You can disconnect either integration at any time from within the app.
Use the Service only for your own company's finances, and only in ways that don't violate QuickBooks', Slack's, or Anthropic's own terms of service, which apply to the respective parts of the Service that rely on them.
The Service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, while in active development. Bob's answers are generated by AI and may be wrong — verify anything financially material before acting on it.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
